Uninspired

I haven't really made any yummy food lately. Unless you count the saltine crackers with barbecue sauce I've been munching on. Yeah, that's my own creation, I'm pretty proud of it. *insert Barney Fife type sniff here*
I did make some Peanut Butter Nutella Brownies, in my ongoing effort to try to be just like Cathy of The Noble Pig. But I managed to screw them up somehow. It was brownie soup in the middle, but the edges were great. (well, the middle was pretty good too)

I can't be like Cathy anyway. My backyard is way too small for a vineyard.

I am hoping one of the three of you who look at my blog can help me with some Superbowl snack ideas. I'm wanting to make some snackies for next Sunday but can't decide what. If you help me out you will win my undying appreciation. And what else could you possibly need :)

Oh no, what happened? The oil content is high with the PB and Nutella, maybe your oven temp is variable or cooks cooler?

Bummer.

I probably just didn't measure things correctly. Maybe I did put in too much of the Nutella...more isn't always better :)

Do I get to be one of the three? Actually, I know you have lots of folks looking at your blog!

Those brownies look great to me. There's no rule that you can't eat brownies with a spoon, if needed.

I don't have any great super bowl snack ideas.

Sure you can be one of the three. I have no real problem with brownies with a spoon either.

The brownies looked delish even if they were soupy... I'm looking for superbowl ideas too..as we're having a "crowd" who will definitely be HUNGRY!

Saltines with barbeque sauce? I don't want to judge, but I'm trying to supress my gag reflex! The brownies look much more Barney Fife sniff worthy.

Hey, don't knock it till you've tried it. Where I work there is an AMPLE supply of saltines and the barbecue sauce was just sitting there doing nothing.
