I have to quote Rachael Ray and say these were YUMM-O. It is her recipe after all. I know she's a bit too perky but I usually have good luck with her recipes. Although I rarely complete them in 30 minutes. Let's get two rug rats nipping at her ankles and see how long it takes her!I even went out and purchased some actual parmesan reggiano just for this dish. How fancy schmancy is that? (well, for me it's pretty fancy schmancy) I can't say my uncivilized taste buds really noticed and will probably just get the cheap stuff next time.
