Pioneer Woman's Spicy Shredded Pork

Just to let you know up front, I love the Pioneer Woman. She's my hero.
I've made lots of her recipes and they're all great. And I don't really mind professing my love for people I don't even know. I'm okay with that.
This pork was great...I might try a different combination of ingredients next time.
Here's her recipe.

You only say that because you never wasted perfectly good bacon on her stupid cracker recipe. Pioneer Woman - bah!

Pioneer Woman, I'm not sure I've heard of this person, is it a TV show? Guess I'll have to google it. Not sure if I'd be on board with someone that causes me to waste good bacon though.

The pork on the other hand looks good I'll have to put that into a lunch. Great start on your blog!

I'm with Lunch Buckets - I tried her cracker recipe and about gagged!!! I have tried so many of her recipes that are huge let downs. I think the problem is - she's such an awesome writer that she really builds up your expectations but then you have farther to fall!!! I've fallen so many times that I don't even try her recipes anymore!!! I did try her cheese muffin recipe - only because it wasn't hers!!! ;) Sorry, I know you really like her! I love her personality, her writing style, her photography -- just not her recipes!!! Enough of my rant.... Btw, love your blog!!!
