Buttery Garlic Parmesan Wings

Well, I guess the title pretty much sums it up...hehe.
We always have our wings buffalo style, and I love 'em, but I was wanting to try something a little different this time.
I baked my wings first (you could always deep fry, grill 'em, or fricassee them too I suppose).
Then I gave them a swim around in the butter with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, tabasco, and some rotisserie seasoning I had.
After that they got to roll around in some shredded parmesan.
If you enjoy butter dripping down your chin and parmesan sticking to your fingers, this may be the dish for you.

  1. Garlic wings are my fave out of all the flavors. The only thing I'm super picky about with wings is that the skin doesn't get soggy. I usually just pour a little bit of the sauce on as I go. Thanks for sharing!

  4. Butter is a really beautiful thing. Especially when it's dripping down your face. While parmesan cheese is sticking to your fingers.

    This is so inventive!

And plenty of sarcasm on the side just the way I like it.

(PS - I made those waffles from Serious Eats too - and thought that they needed vanilla and sugar as well)

  21. oh good heavens this looks good. I'd be all over this but my hubby would not. He's not a fan of parm. I bet these would be awesome if you stuck them under the broiler after you tossed them in cheese!
